Planned lots of healthy meals! Last night we had lime crumbed fish and sweet potato wedges!
Woke up at 6:30 this morning to go for a run on the beach!
The beach was so decieving it just kept going and going and going i felt like i was running on the spot haha
THE SAND DUNE FROM HELL!! Ok so i had been really excited to do some sand dunes.. ITS SO HARD!!! I would run the whole length of the beach then run up this and DIE!! then go back down and Run the beach again only to come back and do it all over again! I ran up it three times!
It was so beautiful as the sun was rising totally worth getting up so early to workout =)
An amazing way to start the day! its only 10am and i have so much energy! i just want to get out and go exploring! Yesturday i didnt end up doing a workout and i was so sleepy and bored.. Really happy with myself that im working out on my holiday! Its good to mix up your workouts! FINALLY running in real life haha Dont miss the gym at all!
