Official WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY!!
700g GAIN!! WTF why is my weight fluctuating so damn much?!!
Pretty sure my scales are broke haha
Ik.. So I haven't been on target with my weightloss at all and I know exactly what has been the cause! I'm still not being strict enough with myself and my bad habits with food!!
However I have made some really good small changes! Example: cooked up a big batch of healthy pasta bake! 204 calories a serve an just add a smal salad. Made with wholemeal pasta! It's soooo yummy!!! Tomorrow I am making the Jen's lasagne
I will also portion it out and freeze packs! I have a tendency to skip morning tea as I'm going to the gym around that time.. Also I think I burnt myself out a little on the weekend staying up too late and working out too hard so I had Monday and Tuesday off from the gym! Made me feel like crap but I think my body needed it! Back into it today and burnt just over 500 calories!
Got my mojo back! :-) I love my body! I just want to make it work better :-)

Always believe in yourself!
Already i have had an amazing response to entering the Mothers Day Classic 4km run!
I have raised $100 for breast cancer research already and the support from the amazing ladies who have sponsored me has really given me such motivation!
I was blown away when i was sent an email to say that i had been sponsored!
WOW!! people do believe in me =) so i should continue to believe in myself!

IT ALL STARTS TOMORROW!!
Although it kind of already started for me a few weeks back.. but i will be more organised! Every sunday i will sit down and use my meal planner and plan out all my meals.. how many colories each meal/snack is and put the ingredients on my shopping list! then its all organised and readyf or me so there will be no slip ups!! i love the idea of a big cook up too! Sunday is my exercise rest day so i have the time to cook up big batches of food and freeze it for lunches! or late dinners when im not otganised!!
NO MORE HUNGRY JACKS!!!!
Had my amazing Personal Training session today! i must admit part of me really just wanted to sleep in!
Didnt get home last night and into bed until 12:30! then Evelyn woke up at 5am! when i woke up at 8:30 i was a mess! i felt like i was hungover! like id been out clubbing all night haha BUT! no excuses and i really dont ever want to let Katie down!
Before our session officially started we were measured and also completed my fitness test!

Hover Toes: 38 sec

I lost 5cm off my waist this fortnight alone!
I am yet to take my official before photos as my husband & I have been running around crazy today!

Loving Week 1!
Ok so officially it doesnt start until Monday!
But i love the recipes and i am excited for the fitness test! (will post my results!)
Excited to get organised! i will plan my whole week out! food calories exercise! including any red flag events that come up! Ive even printed off reci[es that i like the look of to try and the meal plan for next week so i can use it as a guide line when i do mine!
Realised why im not losing enough weight each week! Finally used my heart rate monitor in RPM!
I was putting down 670 calories burnt but i only did about 520! I was pushing myself and everything!! sweat dripping form everywhere!!! I noticed a few times my heart rate was out of the "target zone" of 128-168.. does that mean it stops it from counting calories burnt?? i have to google this! Anyway i was so disappointed that i ended up getting on the treadmill after and smashing out a 1km run! bringing my total up to... 668! I have to admit i stopped twice because i thought i was going to puke on the treadmill lol should have eaten breakfast before doing RPM and a run haha

I have registered to RUN the 4km!! Yes i have to be there at 7:30am on mothers day to RUN!! 4 kms!
I must be mad!! but im excited because this will push me in my workouts to try and achieve the 4km run! They time you and sms you your results and i want to do good!

Healthy eating!
Dinner!!
Teriyaki Salmon
Calories: 280*
Ingredients:100g Salmon Fillet (no skin)
Teriyake Marinade
1 cup Steamed Brocolli
1 cup Steamed String Beans
Method:
Combine 1 cup soy sauce with 1 cup Mirin sauce (found in asian section) stir.
Marinade skinless salmon fillets for a few hours
Steam veggies
Cook salmon mostly on one side when it starts to turn pink and lose its red raw colour turn cook for 1 minute then put aside to rest.
Dish out veggies then salmon!
*With this recipe i advise to add some form of carb! Either Quinoa or mash potato..

I woke up today excited to don my new lorna jane outfits and HRM and smash out a workout!
but i woke up with the worst head cold!! It must be sinus or the start of a cold! im sniffing vicks and have drank a litre of water.. my head is killing me! =(
Excited for the last pre season task today! It may be the end of pre season but its the start of my 12wbt journey! I may have been eating well and exercising but i know i havent been doing as well as what i will be doing with Michelles help! I have a PT session on sunday (my amazing trainer is going to bali =( how dare she!!) and thats when i will do my final start of 12wbt meaurements! im locking in the weight from yesturday! and will take another before photo holding a current magazine! This tim eim going to wear all black! Undies and Bra.. sigh.. Last night when i was going to sleep i was imagining my new body that i am aiming for.. how it felt to look that good and feel that confident!
