lost a kg this week! Very happy with my progress!
If you want to get results.. its not about quantity but quality! You can workout for 90 minutes but if youre not sweating and grunting then theres no point! Get your grunt on! Push yourself harder! Stop wasting your time and not getting results! I need to push myself harder!
Workout hard and eat clean! No point working out if youre going to go stuff your face with cookies after!
Also got measured up at the gym with my personal trainer and pretty steady loss in cms.. nothing drastic but then again not really putting in the extra effort for that. Better than putting on cms!
Down 1.2kgs
2 cms off chest and legs 3cms off waist and hips
Pretty happy with most body parts just wanna get the little belly flatter! get rid of the baby pouch haha
