Healthy Eating!


 Yummy!!! Sunday breakfast!! This is what i eat when im not starting work at 5:30am!
Scrambled eggs with bacon mushrooms & tomatoes! My FAVE!!! and...Activia yoghurt with passionfruit and rasberries! mmMMmMm

SMOOTHIE!!!! Milk, low fat yoghurt, frozen berries, protein powder and cinnamon!


MMmMMmMmm pistachios!! My snack food! when your just bored not really hungry but find yourself sifting through the cupboard for something to eat! Nuts are great! They make you chew lots taste greata nd they dry your mouth out so you have to drink water with them!


OH MAN!! i never shop at coles because they make the best snickers cookies in the world!! they were on special and i managed to walk away empty handed! hehe

I love baking! especially cupcakes! these were my new creations! Cake pops!
and i didnt eat any! I used the logic from womens health magazine!
When someone offers you something like cake or something you 'shoulnt' eat! say 'oh no thanks i dont eat...such and such'  instead of 'ohhh i cant im trying to be good' it just opens up too many opputunities for people to laugh at your healthy eating or for your own mind to work its way around it! You know when you say you cant have something you want it more! Just say no thanks i dont like it or nah i dont eat that but thanks... 


Easiest lunch ever! well apart from bunless burgers!
Roast lamb in the oven for 35 mins! rub some herbs and garlic on it before!
Mountain bread wraps and i put rocket & baby spinach, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, carrot and a dab of ranch dressing! 

This is a lazy night for me haha generally before or after Personal training ill have amicrowave meal.. This one is only 260cals.. i normally have the lean cuisine chicken peanut stir fry! thats 320cals! Theyre good but definately not as nutritous as they should be so dont have them all the time!
