Healthy Eating

Even when i do fall off the wagon it really isnt that bad.. i still make sure i have healthy meals!

Chicken Breast
Red & Green capsicum
Red onion
Mushrooms

Marinate:
2tbl Soy sauce (low salt)
1tbls Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic
1/2 tablespoon of honey
