I started my journey at 107kgs.. I havent really got the best "before" photos because i would hide away from the camera or hide myself in photos.. I was always the photographer so no one could get photos of me..
So far.. This is my most recent "after" photo.. I weigh just under 80kgs and im still on the road to lose another 9kgs! Im so proud of my progress and know im almost at my goal weight!
Ofcourse its easy to focus on the outside.. but the most change has been the inside!
For anyone who thinks they cant do it.. youre wrong! Just take it one day at a time and soon enough those days add up to an amazing result!
you are so beautiful, I too am having trouble finding pics ..esp me in my heaviest as I hid and deleted any that were taken...I only have head shots. Thank you for posting!LOVE LOVE LOVE That dress on you!..you look so different!
