MOTIVATION MONDAY!!



I love britney spears' body! She's not too skinny! shes got curves and she looks fit not just skinny! Even in her "fat" stage i would have her body!



Omg.. this is my favourite at the moment.. its my phone wallpaper haha it makes me want to go for a run and do squats and push ups haha this is what my body looks like under all its excess hahha

Enough of that heres some real woman!


These two ladies are from SSW 12WBT and i am so inspired by there before and after photos! I had to give them recognition!! Amzzing work Dani & Cora!! Keep it up youre inspiring everyone!


Almost have a flat belly!! hoorah!! and you can see how much weight i have lost off my face and neck.. hehe

Healthy Eating!


 Yummy!!! Sunday breakfast!! This is what i eat when im not starting work at 5:30am!
Scrambled eggs with bacon mushrooms & tomatoes! My FAVE!!! and...Activia yoghurt with passionfruit and rasberries! mmMMmMm

SMOOTHIE!!!! Milk, low fat yoghurt, frozen berries, protein powder and cinnamon!


MMmMMmMmm pistachios!! My snack food! when your just bored not really hungry but find yourself sifting through the cupboard for something to eat! Nuts are great! They make you chew lots taste greata nd they dry your mouth out so you have to drink water with them!


OH MAN!! i never shop at coles because they make the best snickers cookies in the world!! they were on special and i managed to walk away empty handed! hehe

I love baking! especially cupcakes! these were my new creations! Cake pops!
and i didnt eat any! I used the logic from womens health magazine!
When someone offers you something like cake or something you 'shoulnt' eat! say 'oh no thanks i dont eat...such and such'  instead of 'ohhh i cant im trying to be good' it just opens up too many opputunities for people to laugh at your healthy eating or for your own mind to work its way around it! You know when you say you cant have something you want it more! Just say no thanks i dont like it or nah i dont eat that but thanks... 


Easiest lunch ever! well apart from bunless burgers!
Roast lamb in the oven for 35 mins! rub some herbs and garlic on it before!
Mountain bread wraps and i put rocket & baby spinach, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, carrot and a dab of ranch dressing! 

This is a lazy night for me haha generally before or after Personal training ill have amicrowave meal.. This one is only 260cals.. i normally have the lean cuisine chicken peanut stir fry! thats 320cals! Theyre good but definately not as nutritous as they should be so dont have them all the time!

Proud of myself..

 Yeah you heard it.. I'm so happy with myself! I cant even remember the last time i genuinely said that to myself! You say it all the time like ohh im so proud of you walking away from the cookie aisle at the super market without a box if them.. ohh youre doing PT twice a week now so proud.. nah.. the REAL genuine proud! Fist pumping and Woo Hoo-ing proud! i FINALLY managed to go for a run! In real life! and i smashed my time per km! totally smashed it!! also i ran for the longest i have done yet!
You can see on the map where i reached 4kms heading home and i was so proud of myself for beating my time i was like i can keep going!! cut diagonally across the football oval and kept going!


The amazing view from the top of the hill! I'll be even more proud when i can run the whole hill non stop!!a challenge i have accepted! and a photo of my happy self afterward! In my new favourite NIKE top =)
My gorgeous daughter Imogen! She came into my life at a time i needed a sign from the universe to turn my life around. Everyday she amazes me and everyday im thankful i have her! My amazing husband! Without his love and support i would not be able to have achieved anything!


Another proud moment was being aknowleged in my friend courtenays blog!! its so nice to know youre making a difference inspiring others! It motivates me to motivate others =) Shes starting off her second round of 12WBT after having a first round rather like mine.. but shes dedicated shes got all the right equiptment and im so keen to see her results from this round! shes got some fire in her belly i can feel it! It delves into the emotional side of injuries/illness! and is SO true!

Determined..

so some recent blog posts and really inspired me!
Carly Owen in particular! This women is 14 years older than me.. has two girls around the same age as mine.. we started off the same weight! and have the same goal weight of 65ks..shes such a machine! Down to 77kgs already! WOW!! what the hell am i doing?? gotta step it up a little! its possible! i just have to kick my own ass into gear haha



Really have to ramp up my workouts! The days in between PT ineed to be working harder! Its hard to get to the gym everydaynow im working but i need to push myself to run (in real life) more! haha I've got no excuses! Ive got trackies shirt and a hoodie i can wear if its cold! ive got all my gear! Heart rate monitor.. Nike GPS app.. arm strap.. just gotta DO IT!! i need another nike top haha the one that say JUST DO IT!! haha

Everyone keep saying how much weight i have lost.. people at work keep commenting on how muc i have lost since i started.. my husband said to me last night.. you have lost so much weight but you dont even see it! I do see it.. but i also see how far i have to go.. and that gets in my way! but its always nice that other people notice how far you have come!
The biggest thing i have noticed is how big my weights are getting in PT haha Our trainer pulls our the 8kg dumbells and inside i cry but then when we workout im like wow i can do this!
Gotta ignite my fire! I WILL GET UNDER 80kgs! and i WILL GET UNDER 70kgs.. in time! It doesnt matter how slow you lose it aslong as its gone! really need to forget about the scales and just focus on my diet and sorking out harder!

i HATE  the rower! it make sme feel sick whenever i do it! but the other night in PT for once we recorded how long i had been going for! suprised myself by keeping under 1:50! and 2kms! i would never sit on the rower for that long in the past! but now i want to do it more!

I cant believe what i said in PT the other day haha
Instead of just grunting or whatever i have to run my foul mouth haha normally its Mother fucker.. or Holy balls has become my recent profanity lol You shouldnt worry when im swearing its when i go quiet then you know shits real haha Im generally having a battle within my mind.. insulting myself.. crying on the inside.. bad things..

i have to say this to myself all the time.. because i am my worst critic.. i abuse myself regularly in my head.. and its hard to notice it until you see something like this and think.. wow imagine what you would say if someone said those things to you rachel? its another bad habit im desperately trying to break. Focus on the positive!
SO true! losing weight is the hardest fucking thing in the world! and ive had two babies! but everything is hard.. life is hard.. being a whinger isnt going to get you anywhere you wanna be!
But when I succeed.. when im at my goal weight itll all be worth it!

 So im now back to the weight i was before my wedding! Im not sure exactly how much i weighed after i had immy but ill be so excited when im under 80kgs! I've broken 84kgs now the next goal is under 80kgs! Its fucking hard.. its like pushing a hummer up a hill by yourself.. push and push and push and its like the top of the hill will never come! but thats focusing on the top.. look back at how far youve come up the hill and youll be able to push a little harder! Dont focus on the wrong thing! 

Doing PT twice a week now. My mums doing it with me shes so cute! she talks so much haha im so used to PT with Mel.. we shut down when we are working hard.. going into our own thoughts instead of talking them out loud.. my mums funny! Makes me giggle which is good!

Lost 1kg this week! but thats not event he best part..

i'm under 84kgs!!! Fuckin finally!! WOo!!!
Its been my arch nemesis the past few weeks!
SUCK ON THAT!! haha
Been eating really well ever since my trainer made me start a food diary! Well i started of eating shit but now im all good =) and have been stepping my workout ups a notch! Its only two weeks till my birthday and im cranky at all the time i wasted doing nothing!

Obsessed with the new NIKE store at the square! I wanted some T-shirts cause im sick of being so exposed now its winter. But all the tshirts ive been looking at are too short and ride up when i run.. These Nike ones are the best! Theyre light weight material so youre not so claustrophobic and theyre long so they dont ride up! Bargain! I got the Orange and the purple ones!
Need to do more kickass workouts like this one i did the other day! 1000 calories! Holy balls it takes so much sweat to burn that much! Getting stronger! beefing up my weights! and running for longer! i broke my record! 1km in 5:57 and that was at the end of our PT session! I run better after a workout.. how does that make sense?!

Run run run...

Holy Balls!

So i almost flaked out of the Mothers Day Classic fun run! I couldnt be bothered trying to get there.. and im cranky cause no one will come with me! even just to watch..

But then i challenged myself on the treadmill the other day to run 4km without stopping! and i DID IT!! and it was pretty easy too! (i work out better in the morning) I did it in like 28 minutes too! admittedly its harder running in real life! but who cares what time i get aslong as i dont give up on it! ill find a way there!

I'm also going to enter the tough bloke challenge held at cataract scout park!
1st July! Its a 6km obstacle course!
it looks like so much fun! im not going to do it competitively just for fun! and you can skip the obstacles if you dont want to do them.. kind of getting sick of being the only one doing anything exciting.. im friggin sick of the gym! Unless its for PT i just go there and do the same crap.. its hard for me to actually get there.. i miss working out in the mornings! Stupid 5:30am starts! grr! ill have to start doing classes again or something. 

I bought two dresses online for my birthday! Not going to wear both of them haha just to see which one looks better! i got a really crazy funky one and a sexy one! but its hard online shopping cause yeh it looks great on the size 8 model but when you put it on its totally different.. we shall see.. otherwise ill just wear something ive already got!


 Have to buy more shoes too! My sparkle heels are too big for me! by like two sizes now! what the hell?! i only got to wear them once! and i friggin love them =(  im trying to sell them on ebay so i can afford to buy more of the same ones in my size haha
