SO HAPPY!!!

HOORAY!!!
Very happy to announce..

1.1kgs down this week!


THANK GOD FOR THAT!!
Not going to mention that justin lost 3kgs barely doing anything.. haha

 
Its a motivating start! Great to know i can still lose weight if im organised and put my mind to it!
Making sure i relax a bit more too! Having more days off work and making time to be calm. Exercising outdoors really helps! Nature is so calming!


Camden Life

Have been going on lots of bike rides! The bike track is only two streets away from my house! Even been for a walk or two! Its funny im more tanned than i was in summer! haha
I take the girls in the back of the trailor! its an awesome workout! Up and down the damn hills with an extra 25kgs towing behind you! Really gets your muscles working! Everyone loves camden so theyve been keen to come for a walk along the bike track! One day me n Rach had to chuck our bikes over fences to get through the bridge that crosses the river from elderslie to camden south! That was fun haha
Gotta pick up my running! Been letting the excuses work their way in too much! Giving myself too much time to think about doing something. Color run in 4 months! Its only 5k and its all for fun but i still would like to be able to run it easily.



I've been doing really well! Have been tracking my food in My Fitness Pal staying around 1200.. a few days i didnt eat enough and one day i went over.. Great to get back track!
Going to make some more of my pumpkin sweet potato soup! This time i bought some chickpeas! might try and encorporate those in.

 
 
Have been getting some more support from a few friends in the same boat and its great to have people to talk to when youre struggling or even if you help them out makes you feel better.
Been organising to go for rides or walks, always nice to have some company! Doing the color run together so gotta give em a kick in the bum to come running! haha Going to join at Camden 24/7 plus fitness! Start up PUMP classes again! I need to do weights!! Start shredding a bit more fat!
 
 

Fresh Start..

Ok.. so ive pulled up my big girl socks and am getting back on the wagon!
Its kind of crazy i weighed myself and i have put on 3 kgs! AHHHhhhHHhhHHh!!! man.. thats going to take me forever to get off! However my husband has been complaining his clothes dont fit anymore and after he weighed himself he has put on 8kgs! Hooray!! Maybe i can convince him to get on my wagon! The only problem with men is it takes them like what a week?! to lose that much! haha Anyway its good now i have a leg to stand on! He has to change his eating patterns and in turn i will have some support! =)

Average loss of 350g/week

Fitness goal: Regular runs on bike track! No excuses!
Incorporating more exercise into family/friend outings
Being more active in general, walking to shops, riding bike to gym, walking to work, taking the stairs, parking further away.

Plan:
Plan meals for the week
Start using my fitness pal to track calories! (1200/day)
Exercise 7 days a week incorporating 3 weight training sessions, 2 hardcore cardio days, 2 low intensity exercise days (yoga classes, walk with friends, light bike ride)
Use HRM to track calories burnt! (Try to do one 1000cal day a week.)
Keep a diary/post on here if feeling shit,stressed, sad etc instead of binge eating.
Take time out to recharge (yoga, spa sauna, massage etc)
JOIN CAMDEN GYM!!! Still havent been back to Mt Annan and i can ride my bike to camden!
