Fresh Start..

Ok.. so ive pulled up my big girl socks and am getting back on the wagon!
Its kind of crazy i weighed myself and i have put on 3 kgs! AHHHhhhHHhhHHh!!! man.. thats going to take me forever to get off! However my husband has been complaining his clothes dont fit anymore and after he weighed himself he has put on 8kgs! Hooray!! Maybe i can convince him to get on my wagon! The only problem with men is it takes them like what a week?! to lose that much! haha Anyway its good now i have a leg to stand on! He has to change his eating patterns and in turn i will have some support! =)

Height: 165cm
Current weight: 83kgs
... Goal weight: 65-70kgs

Current size: 12-14
Goal size: 8-10
Goal date: New Years Eve :-)
Average loss of 350g/week

Fitness goal: Regular runs on bike track! No excuses!
Incorporating more exercise into family/friend outings
Being more active in general, walking to shops, riding bike to gym, walking to work, taking the stairs, parking further away.

Plan:
Plan meals for the week
Start using my fitness pal to track calories! (1200/day)
Exercise 7 days a week incorporating 3 weight training sessions, 2 hardcore cardio days, 2 low intensity exercise days (yoga classes, walk with friends, light bike ride)
Use HRM to track calories burnt! (Try to do one 1000cal day a week.)
Keep a diary/post on here if feeling shit,stressed, sad etc instead of binge eating.
Take time out to recharge (yoga, spa sauna, massage etc)
JOIN CAMDEN GYM!!! Still havent been back to Mt Annan and i can ride my bike to camden!
