Healthy Eating

LOTS OF HEALTHY EATING!!!

It's all about having the resources readily available!
Healthy ones get healthy results =) 

Lunches 

 My favourite lentil nachos! SO EASY TO MAKE!!! i made 10 lunches worth and put it in the freezer! the mountain bread wraps used fo rthe nachos stay fresh for ages! So its a great easy grab meal when youre short on time or just plain STARVING!!

New fave! Another freezer quick meal!
Frozen portions of salmon! Sundried tomato and herb
Then a side salad =)


NEW favourite..Chilli prawn salad!
This was alot of fun to make!

Snacks

Yes... this is a snack! Mel had this when we were out.. Soda water and Sour apple!
Most of the bad stuff in alcohol is what you mix it with! Also sugary liquers!
For example.. Soda water and bicardi would be very health conscious! ;-)

Always accompany fruit with some protein!
Fruit has a high amount of natural sugar the protein will balance it out!

Dinners

It's all healthy!! Under 380 calories for dinner and desert!

Breakfasts


Have also been making my own muesli!
Really keen to try this quinoa and apple breakfast recipe!


Muffins really arent the best but accompanied with some
good old protein you gotta get some carbs in sometime!
My BIG breakfasts! For days when you need a little more..
cajun spiced bacon, garlic mushrooms steamed beans. Pouched egg on baby spinach and rocket

 New improved protein smoothie!







So proud of myself! Been doing really well!
Have found some new recipes! Theyve been delicious!! Michelle Bridges recipes are great!
Also got in to see my naturopath for some added help!


Flaxseed oil! Mega mega B! Magnesium. Iron. Some weird one for my muscles.. and no more cows milk! Almond milk all the way! Its really good too!
