WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY

OMG! 10 YEARS LATER RACHEL!!

 86.1kgs this morning! lost 1.7kgs this week! Which is awesome because i have felt terrible about going off the rails... been busy and sick so havent really done any gym! My body is whack! haha..


SO.... since our holiday.. We got home on the saturday had a day to unpack and settle back into our house! However on Monday i was straight into the city for Training! 3 days and 2 nights staying in the city! Eating nothing but hotel food and whatever i could put my hands on! Luckily i took my 1 litre water bottle and made sure i was drinking plenty of water! Which is easy to do when youre sitting in a classroom! Breakfast was a buffet... I would have bacon & scrambled eggs and a little hashbrown! A glass of orange juice and some yoghurt with passionfruit.. Unfortunately it wasnt low fat yoghurt but i didnt eat much!
 Morning tea was mini lemon meringue pies..  or quiche (YUCK).. little finger food type crap.. tried to limit the amount of crap i ate so didnt have any! i would have loved to have an apple!
 Lunch was a buffet the first day so i had some form of stewed beef thing with rice.. the other days i bought 2 sushi rolls from across the road! mmmm and dinner was pub type food. First night i had salt & pepper squid with salad! It was awefull there was so much pepper on the salad i couldnt eat it! The second night i got a MASSIVE chicken ceasar salad and ate half!  Theres no law that says u have to eat shit when you go out.. just remember little things like portion control! Dont feel like you have to eat the whole massive plate of food! mentally divide the plate in half or even 1/3 and just eat that! Push it away so youre not tempted to pick at it! When serving your own food try and remember this:

I just try to get a small amount of protein (palm size) and then salad or veggies! Use a snack plate!
While working out you need to train your mind at the same time! Challenge your mind and your negative thoughts! Or just blank it out like i do haha
And remember so many different people have got their goal! Theres no reason you wont too! Just remember itll take time and it will be hard but what would you rather? eat whatever you want and not exercise.. how would you feel? fat horrible depressed sure go back to that! Or.. eat healthy feel great inside and exercise regularly and be proud of yourself!

I GOT A JOB!!! Working at an aged care facility! I dont sit down! im running from one hallway to the next and up and down stairs! Dont have time to sit down and eat until i get home which is good i dont munch on crap all day! I do have a break and i have an apple but the down side i dont get to drink much water! My husband suggested a camelback! hahahaha (backpack type waterbottle with a long tube straw) SO FUNNY! i actually considered it but id look like a big weirdo!


Longest post ever but ive had alot of time to make up for!
Keep at it! keep moving and eating good! if u go off the rails just remmber hwo u felt after and consider that next time you think you want to eat crap! Garantee you'll think twice! =)
