Gyming..


Mel working hard and me in the most comfortable position ever hahaha

Ok so its hard for me because we weigh in on Mondays for PT and do our measurements every two weeks.. and my bestfriend weighs herself every week on the monday.. but im used to weighing in every wednesday!
                       so when do i weigh in? Wednesdays.. or mondays??
I weighed myself anyway this morning.. just curious as to how much weight i had put on in the last week with all the birthday cake and drinking this weekend haha i LOST 500g!

OFFICIALLY UNDER 83kgs! hoorah!! OMG im so excited so close to be in the 70s! Mel's almost in the 60s!! THATS EVEN MORE EXICTING!! hehe Only 12kgs to go! Time to set some new goals!

GOALS!

4 week goal : Under 80kgs! 
                  Run 5kms in under 30mins!
                                                    Complete Tough bloke challenge without dying!

8 week Goal: Weigh 75kgs!

                                  Join a sport team/start pole dancing
            CITY2SURF Fun Run

6 month Goal:  70kgs!!
                                                     Be able to run with katie without dying hahaha
