This is a DEXA scan! Or body density im kicking myself i didnt get one of these done! But i will get one as soon as i can afford it! Ithink theyre about $120-$180 but it can be a really good motivator! As you can see how much fat you have to lose! They give 100% accurate body fat% and muscle mass results! Some people dont realise what body shape they have and sometimes it can be an excuse.. im just big boned.. ill always have big legs etc etc but with this scan you can see exactly whats going on!
