Healthy Eating..

DINNER!!!
Tandoori Lamb
Calories: 276


100g Heart smart Lamb leg steak
Marinated with tandoori 115 calories
1/2 Cup cooked Quinoa 111 calories
1/2 cup steamed brocolli 15 calories
1 Steamed Carrot 35 calories 

Method:
Set oven to 150
Combine 2 Tablespoons* of Sherwoods Tandoori Paste
(indian section of woolies)
With 1/2 tub of Natural yoghurt
Marinate meat cuts over night
(or 1/2hr if in rush) 
Place marinated meat on baking rack in an oven tray
Bake for 25 minutes for Medium rare
Steam veggies 15 minutes
Quinoa takes about 20 minutes

*Increase/decrease tandoori amount if it is too mild/spicy
This recipe is especially good with lamb cutlets and also chicken breast!
