Healthy eating!

Dinner!!

Teriyaki Salmon
Calories: 280*
Ingredients:
100g Salmon Fillet (no skin)
Teriyake Marinade
1 cup Steamed Brocolli
1 cup Steamed String Beans

Method:
Combine 1 cup soy sauce with 1 cup Mirin sauce (found in asian section) stir.
Marinade skinless salmon fillets for a few hours
Steam veggies
Cook salmon mostly on one side when it starts to turn pink and lose its red raw colour turn cook for 1 minute then put aside to rest.
Dish out veggies then salmon!

*With this recipe i advise to add some form of carb! Either Quinoa or mash potato..

5-8 Strawberries
1/3 pineaplle half

It's pretty pointless for 120 calories!
But boy is it tasty and packed pull of vitimin C!
